• Design, implement, and maintain resilient infrastructure to support high-availability systems.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability issues.

• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure service visibility and health.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems to improve system reliability.
• Automation & Tooling
• Develop automation for deployments, scaling, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to increase release velocity while ensuring system stability.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Management
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (laC).
• Optimize cloud costs, resource utilization, and system performance.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in reliability engineering.
• Partner with development teams to design reliable, secure, and scalable architectures.
• Security & Compliance
• Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Implement and maintain policies for access control, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Experience in SLI/SLO/SLA design and error budget implementation, with familiarity in incident management, on-call rotation, and RCA/postmortem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Expertise with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
